About Us
We are a unique 45-home development at the heart of the New Williston Downton.
This website is the HOA assuming control of the subdivision from the site’s developer in February 2019.
The neighborhood became to develop at the turn of the century. The Town of Williston issued the necessary first permits in 2007 with the first homes to be sold in 2008. In 2017, seventy-five percent of homes were sold by the developer.
Our goal is to transition to an elected representative, functional home owner’s association and to keep our residents and friends informed of the HOA’s activities, meetings, decisions, and actions.
